1. Introduction

Welcome to Ultimate Memory Quest ("Game"). This Terms of Service (ToS) and End-User License Agreement (EULA) ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Player") and NYC Link Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using Ultimate Memory Quest, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Ultimate Memory Quest for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Game.
• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit any bugs, glitches, or unauthorized modifications for personal or commercial gain.
• Use the Game for any unlawful or harmful activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Ultimate Memory Quest, including but not limited to the Game mechanics, design, graphics, text, sounds, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Company. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use any part of the Game without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows User-generated content (UGC), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, distribute, and display such content.

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material.
• Violates any applicable laws.

6. Updates & Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. These changes may include content updates, bug fixes, security patches, or changes to features.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete any copies.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United State. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in United State.
